This Website is owned and operated by Amasiko Group (Pty) Ltd, a 100% Black-female owned, B-BBEE Level 1 enterprise providing Recruitment, Skills Development & Training (including the Amasiko Training Centre), Construction Services, and Branding & Media Services in South Africa.

• Skills Development & Training — accredited and non-accredited training programmes delivered through the Amasiko Training Centre

• QCTO Certificates and related qualification support

Information about our services on this Website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. 5 Job Applications & Recruitment

When you apply for a vacancy through this Website, you agree that:

• The information and documents you submit (including your CV, cover letter, and ID details) are true, accurate, and your own;
• Amasiko Group may process your personal information for recruitment purposes, including sharing relevant information with prospective employers/clients, in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
• Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment of any kind;
• Amasiko Group may retain your application for consideration for future suitable opportunities, unless you request that your information be deleted (see our Privacy Policy for how to do this);
• Any status updates communicated via email (e.g. "Shortlisted", "Interviewed", "Not Successful") reflect the status of your application at that time and may change as the recruitment process progresses.

6 Training & Learning Services

Where this Website (including the Amasiko Training Centre platform) is used to register interest in, enrol for, or access training programmes:

• Enrolment in any training programme is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and acceptance by Amasiko Group;
• Where a programme is accredited or linked to a SETA, QCTO, or other accreditation body, additional terms, codes of conduct, and assessment requirements set by that body may apply;
• Access to learning materials, assessments, and certificates may be conditional on attendance, payment of any applicable fees, and completion of required coursework;
• Academic records and results will be processed and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable accreditation body requirements.

7 Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this Website (including job listings, training programme details, contact details, and company information) is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Job listings, closing dates, and training schedules may change without notice. Where any information on this Website conflicts with information provided to you directly by Amasiko Group staff (for example, during a recruitment process or training enrolment), the directly communicated information will take precedence.
